Country Sliced Ham celebrated its 25th anniversary on October 11, 2011. Tim and Terri Powers purchased the store in July 2011 and after some remodeling, opened July 28, 2011. The store was re-branded Country Sliced Ham/Nebraska Famous Steaks.
